At OLIB JEWELRY, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our custom pendant jewelry. Each piece is made to order with great care to meet your specifications, so all sales are final. As such, returns and refunds are not accepted, including cases where the product does not meet personal taste or expectations.

Damaged Product Refund

In the rare case that a product arrives significantly damaged due to transit, you may be eligible for a refund. To qualify, please follow these steps:

Report the Damage: Contact us within 3 days of receiving your item.

Provide Proof: Share clear photos or videos showing the extent of the damage, including the packaging and the damaged item.

Once we review and approve the provided proof, a refund will be issued. Please note that we reserve the right to decline requests that do not meet these conditions.
